I just received this product for my baby 1 week ago. I am loving what it provides in the monitor. How i can see my baby while i am doing other things around the house. Very helpful. I am thankful that i got a monitor with camera. Has great features. A lot you can do in that little device. Thank you Levana for a great product.

Decent for first video monitor

I've had this video monitor for over a year now and its served its purpose for most part. I guess the one thing I found that kinda sucked is that I couldn't bring the device outside to monitor my child as it was out of reach, where I had a regular non video monitor that cost 5x less that still worked when I brought it outside. I like how you can take pictures and videos from the monitor but I find it pointless if you can't really transfer the pictures/ video onto a computer. The zoom I dont think is all that good and would be extremely blurry. But picture without zoom was pretty decent (its hard to compare without being able to view in store and compare the picture in person). Overall for my first time video monitor I was satisfied for most part up until now where the sound to the monitor has totally stopped working and it hasn't even been two years. For the amount of money you spend on things like this, they most definitely should last a lot longer then that especially since this item has mostly stayed put in my room plugged in and hasn't dropped on any hard surface at all.

large handheld screen and perfect view of room

I received this device as a gift and we love it. Sometimes we lose signal or it's a bit choppy when we're only 10-15 feet away (contacted levana to trouble shoot and it seems like the signals are getting mixed up because of other devices ie. phones, iPads...etc.).
SO far we're satisfied with the device (we've only been using it for 2 months on and off).

Great for 2 kids

We bought this monitor with our first baby and extended with a second camera when our second came along. We have never had any issues, and the monitor has stood up to its fair share of drops and oops moments. Would have been great if this came with the charging cradle, because we ended up purchasing for added convenience. Highly recommend the cradle addition. I have recommended Levana to many friends.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this monitor!

We just love being able to hear and see our baby while he's sleeping and to know that he's ok. Any kind of sound the monitor will come out of peep mode to alert you and depending on what baby is doing you can react as needed. I love how you can zoom into the crib if needed as well as scan the room...I'm sure this feature will come in handy when he's a little older :) We recently had an issue with the monitor sound and customer service was really helpful in fixing our issue...very easy and pleasant to work with.

Great value but needs sound sensitivity and temp!

I bought this monitor when my son turned one and we needed to be able to see him on video - it's a very good monitor, especially for the price. However it needs a sound sensitivity function as well as a temperature function!

Pretty Good Monitor

I have used this monitor now for 3 months. It works quite well thus far with only a few flaws. I initially wanted to set this on a shelf that was mounted to the wall next to the baby's crib. Unfortunately the camera did not move vertically down far enough to see the entire crib from the wall-mounted shelf. So, we mounted the monitor directly to the wall, using the horizontal movements to view the entire crib, which has worked great. You can zoom in to see a close up of the baby while in the crib, but it's quite pixelated when zoomed in. Another flaw is the picture/video capture mode. I personally don't use this often, as I don't need night vision images of my sleeping child, but I accidentally took some pictures while messing with the monitor. The monitor will not let me view or delete them. It allows me to go to the folder where the pictures are stored and then it appears to freeze, not allowing me to push any buttons other than the return button to get back to viewing my sleeping baby. Again, this is a minor issue since I don't intend to use that function. The color changing indicator is nice and rather sensitive, which I like. I use a sound machine in my child's room and the color changing indicator is always switching between blue and green simply based on the noises the sound machine is emitting. The color indicator comes in handy when I don't have my glasses on and can't see my baby in the screen, but I can see the colors to know if she's awake and making noises. Another flaw is the battery life. We do leave our screen on continuously, and the battery will last for one night. But once it gets down to two bars, it seems to be completely dead within minutes. Luckily it beeps before completely dying, so I know to get up and plug it into the charger. But, once it indicates that the battery is low, it is completely dead in a very short time. Overall, this is a very useful product and I am pleased with our purchase thus far.

Only down side was battery life and also the distance the screen can go from the monitor
