When it works, it works great!

This item is used in a room across from my daughter and if any of our phones, computers or even wifi operated cable box is on our reception cuts out. But I'm not sure if this is with every device that doesn't use wifi.
I called customer service the first time and they were amazing! Donna helped me through the first issue, which was the battery. I'm now dealing with the reception being lost, so I will have to contact them again.
Again, when this product works, it works great! The features are awesome and very easy to use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Reliable!!!

We have this camera for more than a year now and it keeps performing as it were brand new! The night vision is great! The different levels of sensitivity for noise could be improved but the sound is clear and reliable if you keep the volume up. The Tilt down could also be improved (wider angle down)so it could be used in smaller spaces. Overall it is a great product much better than any other I've seen from other brands.

We just received our new camera and so far I'm very pleased. Good picture, quick setup, great aim and panning functions, and the picture does freeze or disconnect like our DLink camera - so we are thrilled.

Great video monitor

I love that I have complete control over moving the monitor if need be. I am expecting my second child in July, so we have set up the second camera. The functions are great, especially being able to talk to my child. I haven't used the music yet, but it is just a really great product.

Fabulous Monitor with Fabulous Customer Service

This monitor is wonderful. It works very well (even better than prior Levana monitors that we have owned). In addition, the customer service at Levana is fantastic. In particular, Matt in Customer Service helped us navigate some technical difficulties and made our Levana experience outstanding. Thank you Matt and Levana!

Love the Camera!

We bought a different brand first and the camera was horrible. This camera has superior clarity in comparison and the zoom feature is great. The Pan and Scan is great! The only thing I'd love would be better volume on the unit is pretty quiet on the parent unit, but we have a small house so not a real problem.

This is our second Levana monitor- The first one lasted almost 2 years, but my 2 year old got a hold of it and broke the antenna. I really like it, but the signal is sometimes great, sometimes not and it doesnt really make sense. Same bedside table every night and some nights its clear as a bell while others the sound goes in and out every few seconds and it will drive you crazy. Im thinking about askign for replacement. I dont want to give up on Levana yet!

Great but major flaws will develop

It will turn off by itself a lot , problems getting it to turn on, if on dresser it will only tilt up so it will not look into say a packnplay, you have to prop it forward somehow. Annoying.
