I bought this monitor 3, weeks ago for my grandsons nursery and it works great. Its easy to operate. I was nervous about buying an open box item. So far everything works fine. I recommend to my niece.

I really like the camera it has great sound and picture. I wish the monitor didn't always go off ( assuming for battery conservation) it would be nice to be able to see the screen without having to constantly hit a button. It was nice as I was able to purchase a second system and link the two cameras

We bought this camera set about a month ago, and I wish I've done it sooner. We love all the features but my favorite one is the ability to move the camera whichever way I need it to go without walking into my kids room.

I replaced a Summer system with this, not only is it sleek, the monitor has tons of cool features. Although I never use the extra features, it's cool to have them. The cameras function great, however you may need to make sure you don't get interference. My cameras lose signal from pretty close range.

We bought these cameras before babe was even here based on these reviews. We are so happy with our purchase, we have 3. Baby is a silent waker, so having such clear video to see when he starts moving really helps.

This monitor was easy to set up, has great range and was a reasonable value. However, the video and audio quality could definitely be better. That said, it works reasonably well and I have no other significant compalints.

Defective, a waste of money and VERY disappointed

I bought this monitor about 4 months ago and it has stopped working. I was happy with it at the beginning but a month after I purchased it, the plug that goes into the camera stopped working and has to be wiggled around and repositioned because it always disconnects. I find myself going into the baby's room constantly to adjust it and that is frustrating because the baby sometimes wakes up or I have to wait until the baby sleeps to go fix it. The other issue I'm having with the monitor is that the touch buttons are no longer responding and keep going off on their own without me touching them. the home menu pops up constantly so I am unable to see what is going on. the pan and tilt button no longer work. if I try to press any of the buttons, the home menu keeps flashing on the screen. I am very disappointed in this product. I should also mention that the battery life is terrible and not what I expected. I believe that if I am going to pay so much on a product, I should get something of good quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
