Great Monitor

I really like this monitor so far because of its many great features. The monitor is portable which means you can leave the baby in his room and watch him from your bedroom, the kitchen or the living room. The monitor does not turn on until the baby makes a lot of noise so its does not wake you up if he is just stretching and only turns on when he means business. The audio is very clear from both the monitor and the camera. Overall this monitor does exactly what I want it to which is wake me up when the baby needs something.

I've had this monitor over a month and it works great. I expected to find an easy start guide in the box, but it wasn't necessary. I inserted the battery, plugged in the unit and the picture quality was crystal clear.
I like to have the sound on and the video off when I'm napping. I like how the infrared lights are invisible, so it doesn't distract my daughter. It's great that it stores pictures and videos, which my old one didn't do. And I think it's a necessity to have a camera that can point, tilt, and zoom.
The only issues I have are that I wish it was a touch screen monitor, and I wish the video camera cord was longer so that I can raise it higher.
I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

Just started using the monitor and so far so good. Only downside is that monitor always looks like it's in night vision mode? Will update later with more info.

I absolutely love this moniter. I was a little worried about getting a video because I heard bad things about security but I love that this one has a security technology built into it. My son is almost 3 and we have another on the way and with this 2 camera set I can see not only the new baby but my son as well. I also love the fact that I can take pictures and record because who doesn't love those peaceful babies when they sleep. I love everything about his moniter and the screen is awesome, not too big or too small. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Perfect for twins

My husband did a ton of research on baby monitors and we're so happy we found the Levana Ovia! We ended up getting 2 cameras, each positioned over one of the twins' cribs. The monitor is easy to use and I really like the color coded volume alert. Although the babies aren't here yet, we've tried it out every which way we can and love it!

I have been using this monitor for almost a month now and I have to say, I am very pleased with this product so far. This is definitely a big upgrade from my previous Levana baby monitor, BabyView 20, with the improved big-sized, clear LCD screen and 360 degree viewing. The camera and video are really cool features (of course, you can't expect high quality pictures from this little device) but it does its job for capturing those funny moments you didn't want to miss! I especially like how the infrared lights are now invisible (compared to the bright red light on the BabyView 20). However, the control pad/touch controls can be a little sticky and the range keeps going out and says "no signal" every now and then and needs to be reset which can be quite annoying sometimes. All in all, I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a fair-priced, good quality and nicely designed video monitor.
