Easy to Use & Great Picture

Ordered this product a few weeks ago. It took me no time to learn how to use it. Very easy to navigate. The monitor picture is very clear during daylight and night vision. Bought this product in preparation for baby number 2 and still keep a watchful eye on toddler. Very happy we replaced our old, weakening monitor with this product.

Love the split screen

I bought this about a month ago when our old (different brand) monitor died. I have 3 kids in two different rooms and purchased this monitor to see both rooms at the same time. I love the split screen feature and being able to pan and view all areas of the room. The push to talk is a nice feature. I wish the push to talk button was not right at the top. I often hit it while holding the monitor. The battery life is average to good. I usually keep it on and plugged in overnight next to my bed and then during the day when we are not using it. So for the 2-3 hours of nap the battery life is good when not plugged in. My biggest complaints would be I don't feel it was super user friendly at first. The quick guide is helpful but I still had a hard time figuring out how to get everything set up and working from that guide. A manual was not included which I think for the money you pay (green or not) one should be provided for reference. There was nothing in the quick guide about how to use or access the SD card. I have not had a chance to use the picture or video feature yet. I also had to search for the model, serial number etc to register my product online. All in all I am happy with this product for the price. Disappointed more with the lack of written instructions.

We bought this monitor set about a month ago and have been using it without any issues. Baby #2 hasn't arrived yet but we tested both cameras to be sure they worked, and it was fairly simple to switch between the two. This is our third monitor (different brands each time) so we are really hoping this is the last one we'll need to buy. My only complaint is that I keep knocking the monitor over when reaching for it at night, either the "kick stand" on the back is too small or I am just really clumsy...probably some of both!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Received this at my baby shower for our first baby. I like just about everything with the monitor just wish it could pan/tilt more to get a better angle. Other than that its good.

Very quick resolution of issue

We purchased this set and after a few months we found that the monitor began having issues with the display. We contacted Customer Support and received a quick response. We spoke to Michelle who was extremely kind and walked us through all the options. By the end of our call we had a replacement unit on its way to us. Thanks!

Needed a monitor that had split screen capability so choices were pretty limited. This device has great screen quality. For the price I wish it had a temperature indicator like the cheaper model we replaced. The interface on the home screen can be clunky and the volume controls aren't that intuitive.

Bought this about a month ago and so far love it. Only problem is it randomly stopped pairing with cameras and I couldn't fix it so I exchanged it.
