I bought this monitor (refurbished) after my other monitor stopped working. I have had it for just over a month now and am very pleased with the purchase. I like that it came with two cameras so I could watch my older preschooler as well as the baby. Overall, the monitor does what I want it to do and the range is great (3 levels, and works outside through brick). The only things I don't really like are the image quality (seems too zoomed in), and the size of the monitor itself is quite large which makes it hard to juggle when carrying it around doing chores.

We bought this unit after having our second child and realizing that our previous camera system brand wasn't making the compatible camera anymore (only 1.5yrs after buying it). I wasn't excited about having to buy another system, but am so glad that I was able to change to the Levana! I love the huge screen, the sound and picture are good, and the customer service I received when I needed to fix a signal interruption was great. Michelle really made sure I was taken care of.

Haven't had my monitor for long, but was able to set it up in just a couple of minutes. The picture is very clear and love the ability to move camera angle and zoom in from the parent viewer. Soon my second little one will be here and I can test out the two camera options.

I ordered this monitor and when we received it and set it up, it appeared to have a volume issue. The volume worked initially and then would turn off after a minute (not in PEEP mode setting). I contacted the company and was met with fantastic customer service through Donna. They were prompt with responses and did not hesitate to initiate a replacement monitor and even offered advanced return so that I wouldn't have to wait to receive the new monitor. Hopefully the new one doesn't have the same issues but overall I was incredibly pleased with the customer service of this company!
