Ordering over the phone was easy and sales rep was very helpful in answering questions. We decided to buy right away and literally the next day, our order for the Ovia arrived at the door. We haven't started to use it fully but we did play with all the features, especially the camera rotation. Gave us piece of mind that we would have all aspects of coverage. Guess the only thing this system can improve on is featuring colour video. Overall we're happy with the purchase so far and can't wait to use when baby arrives.

Happy I received this as a gift. The audio ,omitting could be a little more semsitive to turn the LCD scene on, but overall a great Item. Night vision is great!

I love this monitor. Love that you can talk to your kids. Love that it moves, which makes it perfect for our play room. Great features. Would have liked an instruction manual with it but was able to figure it out quickly.

clearest picture seen on any monitor!

We bought this when we needed 2 cameras-we had 3 different monitors previously. This is by far the best, clearest picture I have seen on any monitor! I like the ease of touching any button to turn the screen on and the peep feature, that the screen will go to sleep after 60 seconds. When our second child arrives there are several different options that will toggle between cameras, which seems nice. Initially I was thrown off by not having a manual, but after finding it online, all of my questions were answered. We initially had to return the monitor because it was not working properly, but the customer service department was very responsive and friendly and quickly got us a whole new system. We couldn't be happier!

We had another monitor by a different company and it broke. We went with this monitor because of the great reviews. So far it is wonderful. We are very happy with this monitor.

Great Product

I bought this monitor about six months ago. The features on the monitor are great! I can hear my children and see my children well. The only negative I have to the product is that I wish it was a little more user friendly. It is easy to work, but I think they could have made it even easier.

My husband and I bought this monitors few weeks ago after researching our entire pregnancy for the best video monitor and so far, we absolutely love it! I love the way you can move the cameras and Also the picture is so good compared to all the other we have looked at! I would most definitely recommend this!

This product uses only two weeks, but so far I'm happy with it. The camera and the monitor is great, the battery is good, love the features and easy of setting up and use. Only sound (when the baby wakes up and cries) could be louder. But I am satisfied
