Nice monitor

My wife and I picked out this monitor after our previous monitor failed after four months. Resolution is great, the panning of the camera is a good feature, and the sound isn't obnoxiously loud. Our only discrepancy is the way and condition it was shipped to us in. It arrived in just a brown box wrapped up in a foam sheet kinda like a re-shelved item would be packaged. The screen had some minor scratching that you can see in reflected light. The monitor was bought online from a major big box retailer we all know. So now we have no idea if that's just how it gets shipped from that retailer or we received a return.

Third time is a charm! We had purchased 2 summer monitors, and had to return both because of the poor picture quality and the small coverage area of the camera. We couldn't get those cameras to cover the crib area. This monitor and camera set are perfect. Crystal clear picture and a great coverage area. I highly recommend this product.

I recently purchased the Levana Ovia model and I am very happy with it. During system set-up I had a few questions and contacted Levana Customer Support and spoke to Lillian. Lillian's product knowledge is extensive and her customer skills are wonderful. Lillian provided instant feedback and recommendations that helped me to quickly pair the monitor and camera and to have the system working flawlessly within a few short minutes. Access to Levana Customer Support is fast and easy and I was very satisfied with the high level of technical assistance provided. The color picture displayed on the Levana monitor has excellent resolution and the night vision camera allows for very good picture resolution in low light conditions. I am totally satisfied with my Levana purchase and I am amazed with all of the user friendly features that are packed into such a compact
system. If you want a quality product backed by great customer service support I am confident you will not be disappointed in a purchase from Levana.

Outstanding monitoring

We use this to monitor our granddaughter while she is sleeping. She is a Ninja and sneaks up on you. This helps to keep track of her so she doesn't get into trouble after she wakes up!

Could Not Live Without this Monitor

This is the second Ovia Monitor we have purchased! We use them for our home and for the cottage, we have a baby and a toddler and the features for the camera cannot be beat, my career was spent in security and surveillance with Casino systems so picking a product that had great quality and up to date features meant a lot to me!

The only thing I wish it had was a temperature gauge on the room it's in! Clear picture with great sound and easy to use camera movement
