Very nice display. I am giving the Ovia 4.5 stars rather than 5 stars only because the tilt does not tilt down as low as I would like when the camera is placed on a wall shelf above my grandson's crib. You can work around it by mounting it to the wall or mounting the camera to the forward edge of the shelf. This would probably not be a problem if you placed the camera lower but I prefer to not have to look through the crib's side wood slats.

Poor night vision quality

I purchased this monitor after having our Summer Infant Baby Touch Boost break. I went through a few different brands before deciding on Levana Ovia. It had great reviews and 2 cameras so I decided to try it out. The screen size is great and the picture quality is amazing in color but the night vision quality is very poor. Our Summer Infant had a much better picture. Good monitor but if you are concerned with the night vision picture quality I would try something else.

This video monitor is worth it's weight in gold! I can't imagine not having this product in our home. My son is almost 3 weeks old and the monitor has been a "sanity saver". I was nervous to go to other rooms while he was sleeping, for fear he would wake up and I wouldn't hear him. With this monitor, I can keep an eye (and ear) on him, while I go about and get things done. The clarity and quality are fantastic! I would definitely recommend this product to everyone!

The monitor works great. The features are very good, but it takes a few minutes to figure out how to use them (there isn't much in the way of documentation that comes with the purchase).

Good but needs simple fixes

I received this product as a gift and was very excited to start using it. Right away I saw how easy it was to set up, which was virtually install the battery and plug the unit in! The manual was super short and simple, almost too simple. I wish there was more to the manual. There was no mention about how the display would beep when the battery was about to die. Or how the light around the arrow pad would display different colors and what those colors meant. Or if you need to press and hold down the microphone button to talk to the baby or simply press it and talk. The battery does not seem to last the 12-24 hrs as advertised. I use the peep mode and it barely lasts through the night. I also find the sound to be a little staticky, but maybe that is a common monitor problem. I do love however the range of viewing field.
