We bought this monitor for our second baby as our first monitor (not Levana) no longer worked. My partner researched various monitors and we chose this one based on reviews. I was skeptical about using a video monitor (our first was audio only) but now really like the video feature. The picture is very clear and you can move the camera around remotely to find the exact spot that you want to see (good for spying on my almost 4 year old when it's "too quiet" where he is playing!) The night vision is excellent as well. Like other reviewers I wish that there was a temperature display on the unit, that is my only criticism. We have only been using the monitor for about 2 weeks but it is working fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We received our Astra monitor and are satisfied with it. The picture quality during the day time is good, night vision is OK. The sound quality is very poor, but it will do. Haven't used other monitors so I don't know if this is normal or not.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I picked this monitor out for our baby registry because it had the pan/tilt/zoom and a large screen on the monitor. I love that the monitor turns off if there is no activity after 20 seconds or so but then turns back on as soon as the baby makes a noise or cries. We are very happy with this monitor so far.

this is our 3rd video monitor, after deciding a PTZ camera is what we wanted for our needs (our 2 year old does not sleep on her bed, but in different random places in her room all night long) the astra seemed to have every feature that was important to us.
we love the PEEP mode, and of course the pan and tilt features that are operated by the parent unit. i think this monitor was set up for maximum user friendliness. it is super easy to use, and i love that the cameras and parent unit automatically pair to eachother. we got the two camera set, as we have 2 children, our baby doesnt move much in her crib yet, but we can only imagine she will be similar to big sister.

We are very pleased with the Levana Astra's ease of use and night time vision. Glad we purchased it over some of the other baby monitor's that had mixed reviews.

I just ordered it and used it last night and today. this our third monitor. I love all the sounds this one picks up and zoom and tilt and pan. the stand and the battery life are awesome as well as the distance it doesn't cut out anywhere in our house
