Great monitor !

I bought this monitor on December 2014 a few months after the arrival of my first boy. I needed a simple to use, easy to operate monitor with good video quality and lots of features... and this monitor delivers !
I like the fact that it only lights up where something's going wrong with my boy. Also, it's very practical to pan, tilt and zoom at will using the controls on the monitor (when baby's moving a lot at night in his crib).
Recently, I've had an issue with the power button of my monitor so I contacted Levana using live chat and the person I chat with, Treasure (hi, Treasure !), was very comprehensive and she helped me a lot... while being so kind ! Great customer service so far :-)

Easy to assemble with simple user guide, clear picture and sound, compact and sleek design with long battery life. Overall great product.

I've owned this system for about two weeks and it does exactly what we needed it for. Easy to set up, good range, clear video and above average battery life.

I have only been using it for a week after trading up from an audio monitor.,it's a great change. I do find it picks up a bit too much sound, there is like the sound of the furnace running in the background at times. Also I did not receive a manual with it so it was inconvenient having to look it up online.

We purchased this product this week. We are very happy with the picture quality, the ability to move the camera, and the nice features it offers. We like the peep mode and the lullaby features the best. The only complaint we have is that when we step outside onto the porch and sometimes even when we just bring it upstairs while he is sleeping, the signal is lost. It seems like such a short range!

I'm really happy with this product! I love the big screen and two way communication. I also love that I can mount it on the wall and be able to see the whole room.

Good Monitor

Got this Monitor once our motorola unit failed. We have been using it for only a short amount of time and we love it. i like the PTZ feature and how quiet it is. The quality of the camera is great in both day and night vision. I do however wish the monitor wouldn't pick up the sound for the lullabies so you can hear over them, and our monitor has a very slight clicking that i'm not sure what it is. not anything that bothers us or baby. Overall Great product so far!

We did a lot of research on monitors and found this offered the most features for the price range we were looking in. We are especially impressed with the battery life, video quality, and talk back feature. We found it easy to mount and provides a wide view of the crib.
