No Sound on PEEP Mode

Sound turns off in PEEP mode. The monitor loses purpose with this feature. It would be better improved by allowing the sound to still play, and the screen activation only when sounds are louder than rustling/stirring in the bed.

I received this product for my baby shower. I think it is a good option as a monitor as it works well and I like the features including the sound activation, the night vision, ability to add more monitors and view on one screen, etc. What was annoying about the product is that the instructions it comes with are very basic so I had to spend a lot of time trying to figure out what stuff is and how to use it. I still don't quite know what all of the buttons are.

After reading several reviews on many products, both by Levana and several other brands. We are very pleased with our purchase. The only thing we would change about the product is about the PEEP mode feature. One thing I needed clarified was the purpose of PEEP mode. What I have gathered, if the monitor is in PEEP mode and the child is quiet, the screen is dark and the unit is silent. No static can even be detected. I actually wish there was a light or some indication that the unit is on.

Better Picture than expected

We just recently bought this unit and installed it. Very easy instructions to follow and no issue setting this bad boy up. The picture quality in both normal lighting conditions and IR was very good.

Multiple User Friendly Features

We bought this baby monitor after reviewing many other brands and styles of monitors. Overall for the price, you get many features with this monitor system and it had great reviews compared to many other monitor systems. We like the lullaby songs, being able to see and talk to the baby (although kind of in a fuzzy voice/static) puts our minds at ease. I would definitely recommend this monitor system and company to other parents searching for a baby monitor. I would recommend fixing the sound/static issue on the monitor system and providing a manual on how to set up monitor. If you are tech savvy it wasn't that hard to figure out.

This monitor had everything I wanted voice communication night vision pan and zoom and for the price it's a great deal. Very happy with it.
