Great monitor

Battery life is long on this monitor, and the picture clarity is quite good during daylight. The night image is a little blurry. I really have no complaints about the unit. It meets and exceeds my expectations.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great picture, Silent video turning

We just received our Astra's as a gift and so far we love it. The camera moving is silent (we were really impressed, because we have friends who told us how loud there camera is when its moving (not an Astra). We did have some issue's pairing one of the cameras but Levana Facebook page was helpful in assisting us to get that working. The sound is great and the picture quality is amazing.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought this last week and it's amazing great reception although didn't try the 700 feet range. Thumbs up to this product

Great Monitor

We bought a replacement for our broken (after 2 year) Summer Infant and were looking for 2 cameras. We read reviews for all brands including Lenana, Samsung and Motorola and the verdict was that they Levana's had the fewest flaws or complaints. We have used the monitor for 2 months now and have 0 complaints.. the "peep" mode helps the battery life tremendously. The video quality is more than adequate. I am really happy with our decision so far.

Received this monitor as a gift and we love it. Great clear picture to see baby. Picks up even soft/quieter sounds. Lots of nice features like being able to control the camera from the monitor and play music.

Received this a dual monitor set as a gift. Has some very nice features ie. Plays music, big screen, talk to baby, peep mode. However, I don't like that when using two monitors at the same time, the screen stays lit up and constantly switches back and forth. At night, this means a very bright screen is constantly on.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Wow--what a difference from my last monitor!

I got this monitor as a new-baby gift from a dear friend. My previous monitor (circa 2008) was simply a base station that transmitted audio, and wallow-talkie unit that could be clipped on to a belt. No video, no two-way communication, nothing remotely fancy. So to get this monitor, six years later--WOW. Talk about moving up in the world. :) The picture quality is great, it really is a silently panning camera, and (best of all for a neurotic mom like me) with the right lighting conditions I can zoom in enough to see my baby boy's breathing movements. I also particularly love the cor coded light at the bottom of the video screen, since, with an older child in the house, we often have the volume turned to mute. But the light indicator allows me to, for instance, watch a movie but still immediately know when my baby is crying. Love it. Only three tiny drawbacks: 1. The symbols along the bottom of the menu (on the video screen itself) are not intuitive (at least not to me ;) ); 2. I wish there'd be an option for iPhone compatibility so that if the battery dies on the video screen I am not tied to the room where the screen is charging; and 3. I still haven't figured out how to just turn the screen off when baby is with me. Some sort of mysteriously hidden setting that remains elusive. :) But other than these minor concerns this has been a fabulous and peace-of-mind-giving addition. To our baby gear brigade. Thank you!!
