Perfect!

We were really struggling to find a monitor to buy - so many had a mix of reviews, and it was hard to pick one! This one had a ton of positive reviews and almost no negatives, and it was average priced for a video camera monitor so we bought it. It just arrived yesterday and we set it up. It was easy to set up, easy to mount, and easy to operate! We are REALLY happy with it!!

I received this baby monitor as a gift for my baby shower. As this was my first child, I've never operated, much less set up, a baby monitor before. I was a little leery at first, since the monitor came with VERY few instructions, but I was able to set it up no problem on my own at over 9 months pregnant. Best part of this monitor? The ability to talk to my husband from the screen while he's in the nursery! It makes it so easy to tell him "no, not that pacifier, the red one" or "the extra wipes are on the shelf" without having to get up and go into the room! I'm very happy with this gift.

Easy and straight forward

Just set it up. Easy to do. We can see and here everything. Great mobility. The features are great too: zoom, speak to baby, peep mode, lullabies. Very quiet and easy to operate.

Decent video monitor!

I'm using the monitor for the first time with my 8 week old. While it serves it's purpose, I am a little disappointed by the video quality. We followed the directions based on distance, etc. and it is still hard to see him in certain lights. I also don't like the music feature. While my son LOVES music, when I turn it on I cannot hear him over the music because it comes straight from the video. I don't know a solution for this problem, but it's something that I dislike about the monitor.

We received the Astra Video Monitor as a replacement to the Lila model which we had issues with; Levana happily upgraded our monitor and we are so pleased. We love having the pan, tilt, and zoom option on the camera and the large monitor screen is excellent! Clear image, no sound interference, and lots of great features; we've already recommended the Astra to friends.

I bought this monitor because my other monitor broke in 2 weeks. Anyway we went with this brand because of the features and the price was good. I was surprised by how clear the image was at niht and during the day! the sound is amazing, it was so many features my other one didn't have. I'm very happy with the battery life!
