Just purchased this monitor after reading many reviews and looking at a few different monitors and so far it is working great for me! I love the pan/tilt/zoom feature. It allows me to see little one as she moves around and adjust the camera if need be without disrupting her!

We bought this one after a summer infant monitor with similar features (baby touch) died just a few months after the warranty was up. In fact, the battery was recalled on my monitor yet I have still not received a replacement. Needless to say I wasn't really into another Summer Infant after that. The picture on this is great. The sound is almost too sensitive (if that's even possible!). with the volume only half way up I can hear my son breathing while he sleeps (it doesn't get more reassuring than that!). The battery life is also excellent! Wish I had bought this one first! The only very slight and hardly counts as a con for this unit is the cord is relatively short so you're more limited on where you mount/put the camera relative to the outlet.

I bought this product a few days ago and so far so good! The picture quality is pretty good, volume is excellent, and very user friendly. The zoom allows me to get a good look at my LO and that gives me peace that i can see more if desired. I also like that you could talk to LO through the intercom as to reassure him/her your not far and everything is okay. I'm happy!

Bought this for my second baby. 6 years ago I had a different brand video monitor for son and oh boy have video monitors come a long way! This is a great monitor with a bunch wonderful features I would've loved to have the first time around. I highly recommend this monitor to everyone.

The monitor used for our first child was a Summer Infant and loved it but we were blown away with how much better this Levana Astra is. We purchased a different Summer Infant and the picture was horrible and the Customer Service kept sending replacements that had the same issues. The Astra worked great right out of the box and we are thoroughly impressed by the picture and the functionality of the camera. The PTZ is amazing.

Great monitor, excellent battery life!

This monitor is fantastic! The video is pretty clear, the sound is crisp and the battery life is so much better than our previous Motorola audio monitor (which died about a year after purchase, which is how we ended up buying the Astra monitor). We end up getting 2-3 days on battery (we use the peep mode and turn it off when not needed). The only complaint that I have is that the flashing blue light around the circular navigation pad is really irritating at night and I wish there was a way to turn it off. It could also be improved by having one small, constant light to indicate that the monitor is on, rather than a flashing light. However, the monitor is great overall and I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

We needed a camera with full tilt and zoom, and this did not disappoint! Also, love the PEEP feature while sleeping. All in all we are very happy with this product!
