Perfect purchase for me

I bought the range almost three months ago and have not regretted the purchase. I love the slate color and how easy it is to maintain and clean. I was looking for an appliance that did not use black enamel (as most stainless appliances do) yet coordinated with the other stainless appliances in my kitchen. This one works! The slate is more bronze, the cooktop is more of a deep slate gray and the handles and knobs are stainless which allow it to work with my other appliances. My kitchen colors are warm tones rather than cool tones so it provides a coordinated scheme.
While all the features work perfectly, a few design changes would make it an even better range. I personally would prefer to have the simmer burner on the front of the stove rather than the back. Right now it is located on the back right corner. Also, the oven light does not come on when the over door is opened. You have to manually turn it on and off. While I've gotten used to it, having it automatically turn on when opening the over door would be a nice addition. Lastly, while I love the burner grates, they are large and heavy. Again, I've adjusted, but adapting the cooktop to three grates rather than two might make cleaning a bit easier.
Overall, I love the range. It was the perfect purchase for me!
