I am glad I used the USER REVIEWS to select a TV. I spent considerable time readings the various reviews on various sites. I learned a lot about TV,s and the companies that make them. From all the info I garnished, LG was for me and this particular model's features were terrific. Installation was easy even for someone like me in his Golden Years.

wonderful tv/commputer has all features needed only thing that would improve is to have a keyboard that u could sit on your lap make typing easier

I love this TV. It has really sharp color. And all the features with the Smart TV. I would agree with another consumer that a keyboard of some sort to type with would be easier. But I am very happy with this model and brand.

This TV has great features, and also a great vibrant picture. I like the built in application support for Netflix and Youtube, although it would be nice to have some more apps.
What is also cool - but takes time to get used to - is the one remote controls all - and LG has done a great job integrating products like DirecTV into their user interface. It is possible to use the TV remote to control the Satellite receiver box directly.

The negative side is that the sound is not as full as it could be. I understand that it is hard to get bigger speakers inside such a flat TV, and as such the low frequency tones (bass) are missing a bit. Nothing which cannot be corrected with a subwoofer setup at some stage.
Another small negative is that the remote is very small - and tends to get lost sometimes...

great product but annoyed by few issues

Overall this is an excellent product with great picture quality and features available. The TV features are intuitive and very easy to navigate to.
The Mic features allows quick search on LG internet browser and other LG apps (can't be used with youtube and other non-LG apps).

CONS: The two things I am annoyed with are -
- Some times I need to turn off TV 2-3 times before I can start smart TV.
- Youtube search using LG remote is a pain and if I use my smart phone paired with TV for you tube the quality of video is horrible.
