Not Quiet

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this GE front loader washer since Feb/2012. In February, I would have given this product wonderful reviews, but now I can not. It is August 2012 and I can't take the noise anymore. The noise from the pump and the spin cycle have both increased dramatically. We have to almost yell at each other to be heard. I do think GE makes great products. The rest of my house has GE Appliances and at 18 years old, they are still working. Maybe 18 years ago GE made better appliances than they do today? But my experience with this Front Load Washer is sliding to poor. My GE Gas Dryer is working fine. It makes noise, but I have never had a dryer that didn't. I would hope that the GE repair process will go well, but I have read a few reviews. My Washer is still under warranty, so I hope I can get some satisfaction.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We highly recommend this product to a person or family who have a spring for the source of water in their home. We have been concerned with water consumption due to have a spring apposed to a well for water. But now that this washer used half the amount of water for a wash load it clearly is preserving our water. We have a family of 4, which include 2 teenage boys who were alot of clothes and seem to get everything and anything on their clothes. This frontload washer gets out what they get in to.

Can really tell the difference while removing clothes :)

My water bill has gone down even though my previous washer was a water-saving unit. I would recommend it highly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer can hold any load size that I throw at it- including my king size comfoter! It has a neat button that lets you pick your cycle then make it eco-friendly by automatically selecting the water temperature and spin cycle. It also has a favorite cycle button where you can save the cycle that you use the most often.
