We've been using them for a couple of weeks now. We're following the directions--seasoned them with oil, cook only at low-medium low heat (big change from what we are used to, but honestly, that's all it needs!), not putting them in the dishwasher, using bamboo cooking utensils, and using Dawn and a soft cloth. So far the only thing that has stuck was a honey glaze on salmon, and it cleaned up like a snap after soaking for 5 minutes. We LOVE our new cookware! We will repost in a year or so for an update.

I love these pans! They're relatively light, easy to clean, handles actually stay cooler than you'd expect, and I love the "green" concept. My only complaint is that they're not stackable, so i had to do a lot of rearranging of my cabinet.

Hefty. Hold the heat and won’t warp. Lid handles don’t get hot. I prefer glass lids so I can see what’s in the pan, but that’s the one draw back to this set.
I like cooking with them.

Sturdy handles, light weight cookware. Cleans easily. It's recommended to use only dish cloth and to hand dry. It appears if you used any type of scrubber it would ruin nonstick coating. If you let air dry you will have water spots, especially on lids Cooking appears as promoted, even and faster on lower heat settings (gas stove).
