The first time we cooked on the small pan, something spilled over the side and to this day I cannot get it off. Also if you use oil, which I know you don't have to, but it sticks to the sides and is impossible to get off. Our little pan is only 6 months old and it's already ruined.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We have always struggled with finding cookware that we really like. We would buy sets and separates thinking that they would be what we wanted only to find that after a short number of uses they just didn’t stack up like we expected. After reading about the Quisinart Greengourmet set in Consumers Report, my husband decided to purchase them for me for Christmas. They truly have been the best cookware set we have ever used. The nonstick is exactly that, they cleanup so well and foods cook in them perfectly! The only downside I believe is that the lids are not see through but solid. I would prefer a see through lid.

I got this set after getting tired of replacing non-stick pots & pans, and getting S.S. cookware I didn't like. I've used everything in the set with great results. The only thing I didn't like, was the lack of a 10 in and 12 in frypan. I ordered both separately and now have what I needed and wanted in a cookware set. I have not had problems like others have reported, mainly because I don't set the heat too high. Once pre-heated these pans brown meat very well. They also work well in the oven.

Had for a couple of months. Really like the cookware. Heavy enough without being too heavy. My only complaint would be a few little imperfections that may lead to peeling of the nonstick coating faster than normal. Otherwise, just what I was looking for.

I bought a set of these about 2 months ago because I was looking for a good, sturdy non-stick coating. I was actually looking for a ceramic coating that would hold up well to replace the stainless set that I had. Though the ceramica coating has excellent non-stick qualities, it is easily scratched. We stacked our pots and the next time we took them out, the smaller pot has scraped the coating off of the larger one that it was nested inside of.
The pots have a nice look about them, and they clean up really easily. The weight doesn't feel cheap and they seem to have very good heat distribution qualities. I would have liked to have clear, glass lids to be able to see inside of the pots when the lids are on while cooking. The included lids are solid steel and they fit on the pots not inside, and the lid edges don't fit tightly inside of the edge of the pots. I do like the ability to place these in the oven if desired.
Overall, they are a decent pot and pan set but they are lacking a few things that I would have liked that would have made them so much better. Would I recommend them? Yes, but with the warning about the fragility of the coating.

We got this set as a gift for my husband celebrating 20 years at his job. I chose this set over others and am so glad I did. They came packaged extremely well and I even kept the pieces of cut cardboard that separated the pieces so when storing they won't scratch. I absolutely love everything about this set. Very heavy duty, great conductors of heat and ridiculously easy to clean. I seasoned the pans from the get go as instructed.

I just bought this set of pans and have used a few so far. They have performed exactly as stated in the information. I read all the accompanying info and am a little nervous about scratching them. I have since put liners between each pot and pan. It says to not put them in the dishwasher but they clean up so easily that it doesn't matter. I have used little oil with these pans and a lower temp and they have worked great. I thought the price was very reasonable compared to other Cuisinart sets. I did buy more pots to add to the set. So far, I am happy with my purchase.
