I was looking at a number of Consumer Reports highly rated cookware sets and found this set which was very competitively priced and offered the qualities that my former highly acclaimed set had not lived up to…lesson learned. I realized I’d only had very good experiences with Cuisinart so I purchased these and have been delighted, The product lives up to its promotional claims and I couldn’t be more pleased,

This is absolutely the finest nonstick cookway you can buy. This is not gimmicky like hybrid cookware with cute hexagonals in the bottom. This is the c0ookware that professionals and serious home cooks use daily. It is safe to cook with as there are no harmful TPFEs.

Do not buy

These are not no stick. Maybe for the first couple of weeks they worked as very poor non stick pans. Now after a couple of months of daily use they are hard to clean leaving a dark stain on them and food sticks. We do use oil to lubricate and do not use excessive heat. We have never put them in a dishwasher. We are very dissapointed and they are headed for the garbage and I will be buying cheaper pans that work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
