I have only cook a few things in my new pots. Use little or no oil without things sticky to them. Speedy clean up and cook in my oven with high set temperature with no problem.

The lids are metal, not glass. The set washes up beautifully, and I like the weight…much easier to handle than my stainless steel cookware. I wish that the pieces were more stackable to save room.

They are a great set. The lid handles do get hot, but that was mentioned in other reviews. They heat up quickly. The only thing I have noticed is a weird smell to them when i am washing them. Has anyone else noticed that?

I have not had the cookware for very long, but so far I am very happy with it; seems to be exactly as described: very easy clean-up; no-stick; cooks well with high or low heat. Although not the most important of benefits, I like the way it all looks!
