I Love this set , I do not cook on high as I have noticed that if I start with medium heat the cookware will gain heat on it's on. It cooks well!

I have only cook a few things in my new pots. Use little or no oil without things sticky to them. Speedy clean up and cook in my oven with high set temperature with no problem.
