Stuff really doesn't stick. Any cooking residue can be wiped off with just a paper towel. (We do still wash them, however.)

I love the nonstick surface on these pans! Food doesn’t stick and cleanup is a breeze. I also like the steamer pan insert for the 2.5 quart sauce pan, it works great.
