LOVE it - thought I'd hate it.

I really had reservations about these dutch doors and just a freezer drawer. My husband wanted to give it a try, so I agreed and I could not be happier. The freezer drawer was my biggest reservation and it has turned out to be surprisingly easy to store a lot of food, of different shapes and sizes. I probably have more freezer food now than I've ever stored. There are plenty of compartments in the drawer to sort items into categories, like meats, frozen veggies, pizzas, ice cream, etc. And finally, the large dutch refrigerator doors are amazing. During the holidays it was so easy to save leftovers in large casserole containers. There was plenty of room for everything. Also, it is so easy to just open one door and reach almost everthing I need most of the time, that often I'm only opening the one side. It's got great shelving and drawers. The ice maker and water dispensers are fast and work great. The stainless finish has been easy to clean and has not stained with hard to remove spots, like some older stainless models.

Incredible amount of storage space!

This is one great refrigerator! This refrigerator has an unbelievable amount of storage space; it has a drawer that can store an entire sheet cake. We are very happy with this appliance, and highly recommend it for anyone looking for a stylish French door refrigerator.Sincerely,Susan

Ice Maker doesn't work

I have always had a Whirlpool product weather it be a refrigerator dishwasher or laundry machines. I have had this refrigerator since April I believe and have had some sort of a problem with the ice maker for some time we have only recently called it in the first person said it was a screw put it in pulled out the refrigerator a little bit but it back in and left. the second person finally came in a diagnosed it and we are now getting a new icemaker installed this week I hope it is a new unit and will see how long it lasts. I hope it lasts as long as the 10 year warranty I have on the unit.

I like the features

I like my new refrigerator. I am liking the bottom draw freezer most of all, the French doors are great, they are good for small spaces. The smooth handles are wonderful, easy to keep clean. The ice maker is good, just a little noisy, but after you get used to it the noise doesn't bother . All in all I am enjoying everything about it. I would recommend it.

Purchased for slightly smaller size

Son convinced me I needed a French door design, and I do like not bending over as often to check lower shelves content on my old side by side, but I REALLY miss the ice in the door option :-( It was also slightly smaller which fits my kitchen space better, but lots smaller inside than I planned. I ended up hooking up old frig in the garage so am probably not saving ANYTHING on energy.

I bought this unit 6 months ago as part of an upgrade to my kitchen. This is a great refrigerator with great features. It has a very large capacity and great quality.
