I have had this refrigerator for about 4 years and have had the ice maker replaced four times they should recall the ice maker and now I'm having a problem with it leaking under the refrigerator and it's suppose to be frost free. I nad the extended warranty but it went out about 8 months ago. Not sure if there is a fix for this but will try and call whirlpool probably only for them to tell me it's out of warranty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Grat use of space, convenient to use, great looking fridge. It's a little noisy but that isn't a big problem for me. Doesn't show fingerprints much at all. Overall very nice and well priced.

When we were looking to get a new refrigerator, it didn't take long to see the style and quality of this product. It also came in the right color. My wife and I are very satisfied we chose the Whirlpool side by side. We would recommend it to anyone.

We have had this refrigerator now nearly four months. It is a little noisy when ice is processing, otherwise quiet. We had not previously owned a french-door refrigerator and were concerned whether it would meet our needs and expectations, however it has exceeded them. This refrigerator has a lot of storage capacity...more so than it appears in looking at the display model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We purchased this in September, and have been very happy since. We love the double doors, it makes it easy to put large items in the refrigerator. We would like if it made more ice, but that is our only complaint. It has great features and flexibility with the shelf placement and drawer settings. The touch screen is very user friendly. I would definitely recommend this appliance.

Had frig about 2 months. No problems at all, the delivery was great, especially with the way the handles are removable.Only once did I hear loud noise from ice maker and it was only from cubes stuck together. Water filter is just great.I am sure that energy usage is much less than our 25 year old whirlpool which we replaced.
