Overall a terrific appliance!

We purchased our Whirlpool Gold? ENERGY STAR? Qualified 26 cu. ft. French Door Bottom Mount Refrigerator to replace a 25 cu. ft. side by side model that was a terrific machine, but because it was side by side, not great storage space.This model has great storage, the shelves come out easily and can be easily wiped off. The freezer holds quite a bit and has a sliding basket as well which we find very handy for frozen vegetables and fruits.Our only complaint with it is the ice maker. It does not make ice as quickly as our older model and it gets stuck frequently in the throat of the dispenser.A small problem we can live with. Overall it was a terrific choice!

We purchase this product base on price. The first issue we found was ice getting stuck at dispenser and when melted come out on they're own. Also the fridge is very noise

Nice Fridge

Love the finish on this fridge. We have a 4 year old and the fridge never shows finger prints. Fridge has plenty of room and you can move the shelves for your liking. The only negatives are it seems a little louder then our old fridge and ice tray removal for large quantities of ice. Overall we are very happy with our purchase.

I repaced a side by side from a different manufacturer. This fridge was the only one I found that had all the things I was looking for. It also had a great energy saving rating. The sound of the water entering the ice making section is a wee bit louder than I had hoped.

Lots of Space!

We bought our refrigerator almost a year ago and we have been pleased overall. There is a lot of space inside the refrigerator portion. It took a little time to figure out the best way to utilize the space inside the freezer portion, but we have found a way to make it work for our family of five. The only disappointment was the ice maker - it made ice extremely slowly and only put out about 12 cubes each time. Eventually, it stopped working. Whirlpool was extremely responsive when we contacted them about the problem, sent someone out, and completely replaced the ice maker unit. It now works as it should have to begin with!

I have owned this refrigerator for over two years and during that time the ice maker has continually periodically stopped working and the brackets holding up the vegie/fruit drawers have broken 4 times. This is NOT because the drawers are overloaded. Right now my ice maker has stopped working AGAIN and the brackets on the drawers are broken AGAIN. If you pay anything for this refrigerator you are paying too much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There is to many cell phone manufacturer but once you use apple products you never like any other products,same way is whirlpool products in my house I have all appliances from whirlpool best available products in market.I love it.
