Great style, but very disappointed in quality

We purchased this microwave because it matched our other kitchen appliances. It looks great and has a ton of features, and when it is working it is amazing! However, we have had it 10 months and the magnetron has gone out twice. We use the microwave portion approx. once per day and have not yet used the convection feature, but right now I am pretty disappointed overall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Don't buy! Having to replace after 3 1/2 years light use.

Got this in my new home 3 1/2 years ago. Only light use. Never used convection oven. Magnetron went out and more expensive to replace then to buy new. Door handle broke after about 6 months use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

So far I love this microwave. I have baked pizzas in it and they come out with a crispy crust. So far no repairs. I bought it in Oct. 2009.

Great features for the price.

Use regularly, very pleased with the features and results. This is my first experience with a convection oven and with the exception of the noise (which I understand is less than normal) it is wonderful. Microwave has many features, baked potato, etc. Manuals provided for operation are not well done (for a 1st time user) but the product is quite user friendly. I would recommend this to anyone seeking a quality product, great features, at an affordable price.

We got this microwave in our new construction home, and it has been perfect. So convenient that it has the automated potato, popcorn, and defrost functions! No more guessing how much time the food needs. We love this microwave!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

We bought this before most of the reviews were posted here, otherwise we would have gotten something else. We had a full warranty on it, and the magnitron went five times in less then 2.5 years. Eventually, the warranty company paid us off to go away less then half of what we paid for it originally. We're very unhappy, and we're buying a whole other brand of over the range microwave now that doesn't have half of what this one supposed to have because we spent so much money on extended warranties and buying this lemon in the first place. I know some people said avoid the convention setting because that's what makes it break down, but we never got a chance once to use that function so I doubt that's what is causing it.Good news is that the timer works GREAT! The only thing that has worked consistently since day 1.
