I would not purchase another

I am so disappointed in this refrigerator. When I started to put my items in the refrigerator I had no idea the brackets that hold the shelves where so big making things impossible to slide from one side to the other. The ice maker on this refrigerator runs out quickly (so stock up if you are having a party). Once in a while (more times than not) I have a very hard time getting the ice maker door closed. I have only had this refrigerator for 2 years and one of the doors make this horrible sound every time you open or close, like it wants to come off its hinges. The freezer part on this refrigerator is the only great thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the design

I'm really pleased with this refrigerator/freezer. I especially like having the ice maker in the refrigerator section instead of in the freezer since it allows so much more room for freezer storage.

The alarm system woke me up one night when I neglected to fully close the door.Awesome! I just love opening both doors and seeing at one glance all of my items. My friend stated that I open the refrigerator to get a hug from the side doors. The inner shelf in the freezer allows me to utilize my organizational skills of vegetables at a new height. Plus, the dual bottoms just added to organizational and optimal visualization.

Great refrigerator/great price

We had a high end model from another company and had nothing but trouble for years. Lettuce and fruit would freeze; ice maker worked sporadically....The new whirlpool is wonderful. Internal temperatures are true and reliable. Freezer is spacious and the deli drawer is very convenient. Will buy only Whirlpool from now on.

So far, this refrigerator has met or exceeded my expectations. It is easy to organize food for easy viewing. The freezer holds more than I had expected it to hold.

We went from a counter-depth side by side to this fridge!!Love it!! My wife and I go through a lot of ice and water....have not been disappointed with the ice maker. We love having the extra room and french door for freezer. Also love the rebate we got from our local company for electric bill.
