Bought this fridge a few months ago and absolutely love it....all my appliances are. Whirlpool and have been in my past 3 houses. Never a problem !!! Can't go wrong!

Only three years old and it broke down once and I had to replace the ice maker. Ice comes out in pieces, even when set on cubed. Very noisy. Expected more from whirlpool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We purchased this a month ago and are quite happy with it; except we wish that the "meat drawer" was two drawers (one on each side) so we didn't have to open both doors to get the lunch meat and cheese.

I bought this refrigerator in July. It has proved to be everything I wanted and hoped for. The ice and water on the door is very convenient. I love the drawer space in the refrigerator and the four bins in the freezer, two of which slide easily to give access to the larger bins.
