I've always thought the industry should put the freezer on the bottom where cold air naturally goes! The side by side freezer is so arrow you can't put a turkey in it so this one with freezer on bottom is far more roomy. I absolutely Love how roomy the frig part is with the double doors open. The door controls are very easy to use and understand.It is a great refrigerator.

Excellent fridge/freezer, however icemaker jams occasionally and our failed shortly after warranty expired.

First Whirlpool product ever purchased. Key feature we like is the storage and and the look of the stainless steel. Excellent quality and performance. Its one of the highest energy ratings in the industry. I will not hesitate to purchase another whirlpool product.thanks

PROS:* water filter is up and out of the way, some fridges have filters that take up shelf space and can't be removed without pulling food out. This filter is easy to get to.* consistent temperature.* very quiet during regular operation.* alarm when door left open too long.* great looking fridge.CONS:* cannot access deli drawer without both door open.* ice machine function can get noisy.* lower freezer basket can block upper freezer shelf if items piled too high.* could use a little bit more space for milk/juice cartons.* french door gap fill can sometimes not close all the way if casually closed.

Our ice maker quit working. Also the back of the fridge freezes up. Very annoyed for such an expensive fridge

I am very pleased with this fridge/freezer. It's easy to clean and adjust the shelves. I love how it alerts me if the door isn't closed all the way. I give it an A+!!
