Worked fine when new

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this in February 2012 and it worked fine until April 2019 when it began to make very loud banging and squealing noises. The cost of the parts and labor to repair exceeded the cost of buying a new washing machine, so I replaced it with a top loader as they are more economical.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
