Awesome Washer!

Recently purchased this front load washer and it is everything it claims and more! The clothes come out perfectly CLEAN everytime and the tub and seals have no smell whatsoever if you follow the directions to regularly CLEAN the tub. The True-Balance vibration reduction system is incredible, and the washer is so quite that you hardly notice it is running. The quality and finish is exceptional. The load sensing system works perfectly and with the energy savings and water savings the machine will pay for itself! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this brand after researching on Consumer Reports. The DC inverter drive is also unbelievable quite and can move the tub in ways other front load washers that use belts cannot getting clothes the cleanest I have ever seen!

We have already seen a significant reduction in our water bill. The pedastals are wonderful on my back and give me lots more storage. Washing is now quiter, clothes come out looking like new, and very clean. I love the savings on Laundry products, controls are easy to understand, and I love the little song I get when the wash is completed. So far absolutly no problems.

This is the best washing machine I have ever owned. It really is beautiful but most of all it is very easy to use and works wonderfully. I couldn't possibly have a complain about this product other than it would have been nice to pay a bit less. How could I expect a cheaper price for such an awesome piece of equipment though? I love that I can pause the machine and the door unlocks so I can add a piece of laundry I forgot. I do that a lot, lol. I also really love the steam feature! Totally the best investment I could have made this year!

This is such a beautiful set...and it's so quiet! My clothes seem to be very clean after using. I have used most all of the settings, and they seem to all work well. I am actually looking for things to wash! I have not experienced the smell people have talked about, but in the manual, LG said to leave the door propped a bit and not closed all the way...thought that was very helpful. I am a little worried about everything being digital, but so far so good!

Very happy with this washer

We have 5 sometimes 6 people in our house. We used to do laundry nearly every day with our older, smaller washer. Now we do laundry no more than 2 nights a week. This machine is easier on our clothes and best of all, we believe this machine is going to save us quite a bit of money on our water and electric bill over our old machine. We Have had this machine for about three months and we are very happy with it.

Great value for the dollar

We looked at several options before purchasing the LG model. We found that the design and features were better at this price range than the competitors. Important to note that you must use high efficiency detergent and should follow the recommendations as far as air circulation in the room as well as keeping the door to the unit open after wash cycles to ensure that you don't experience mildew or mold as is common with front load washers. Occasional system wash with bleach, as recommended by LG, will assure odor free operation.
