I have been using his product since 2011. Overall it is excellent, but recently it is becoming noisier from the washer. I am trying to find the cause for this.

Good front loader

I love this front loader so much that the drain pump needed to be replaced.. But other then that its a good washer and I will keep it forever and ever....

I love my washer

The washer is great and has lots of features that I am still learning. I had a problem with leftover softener in the container. I came to the website for research, talk to a rep who diagnosed the washer thru the phone (technology is great) and she provided me with the solutions. I did the suggested solutions-and no more leftover softener. I enjoy using my washer and I appreciate the support avaliable for all of my LG products.

I love, love this washer. It uses very little detergent, low water usage and electricity. If you want an efficient and energy conservation washer, this is the one. The wash takes about 45 minutes for the large loads. This may seem long but it is doing it's job, and i as i mentioned, it uses very little electricity.

A great washing experience

We owned this washer for about a year and we are completely satisfied with the quality and reliability of this washer. We also purchased the matching dryer and could not have been more thrilled with their performance. I would definitely recommend LG for all of your appliance needs because of their great reputation and their dedication to providing the best customer service. We will be using LG for all of our future appliance and electronic needs!

Really like this wash machine!

Good points of this machine include: my water bill went down significantly, holds a large amount of clothes, safely washes a queen sized quilt, quiet, spins a lot of water out of the clothes, saves on amount of detergent and softener that is used, you know how much time it takes to wash a load and plays a nice tune to alert when laundry cycle is complete.
Bad points include only two things: not made in the USA and it leaks a tad of water in certain cycles out of the front of the machine. I am contacting LG about this matter while my machine is still in warranty.

This is my first front load washer and bought this model after reading various reviews. No regrets switching to front loader - wish I had done it sooner. It is so quiet that I find myself checking to see if it is still running and since close to family room, we no longer have to close door or turn up tv. I love the prewash and extra rinse feature for extra dirty or bulky loads. No problem handling kingsize bedspread. Clothes are cleaner and produce much less lint which I know because I also purchased the matching dryer - which I also love. Have only used the steam features a few times, but nice to have. The normal cycle does take longer, but also has short cycle when needed.

this washer is just awesome! so many different settings. i have never had such a wonderful washer! The spin cycle is just amazing the laundry is almost dry when it comes out of the washer. And ALL the settings are so very quiet and the spin cycle is so quiet.my other washer ( no names mentioned ) sounded like a jet was going to land in my back yard! and the washer is in the basement
