[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer about 12 years ago and still love it! It still looks and acts like it’s new! The product has been excellent. The only downside is that the dryer was damaged by the contractor and now there is no dryer that is compatible for stacking purposes.

LG makes Poor environmental/economic decisions

So a well maintained machine, in perfect condition except the on power on is going into the landfill because your company is choosing to not produce a part that is 95 percent its size.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this machine for over 10 years. It has had a few issues, but overall has worked great. We have had to reset the machine a couple of times when it didn't turn on; that was an easy task. We also recently had to replace the drain pump. A feature that made identifying why the machine wasn't draining was the smart technology LG has that identified the problem by using our cell phone listening to a machine sound code while connected with the LG technical representative. We replaced the pump and the machine works great again. Important note: Clean the machine as directed in the manual; this is once a month maintenance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new LG washer works great BUT many of the advanced features require you to hook it up to your home WIFI and their ThinQ App which is were things go down hill fast.
I am very computer savvy and run a "smart home" with lots of technology but the LG app is horrible! I spent literally hours on the phone with the LG tech support, never could get it to work. Look online at the number of people who have problems with the APP!
