I didn't want a front loading washer, resisting change, but I am so far very happy with my new washing machine. It is so quiet, gets clothes clean, spins them very thoroughly, so that drying is very fast. Wrinkles are the only drawback so far, and I am a little worried about what might go haywire with electronics. Time will tell, but for the past three months washing clothes has been much easier (I have a family of six). I have been pleasantly surprised.
Pros: Performance, easy to use, quiet

Bought this washer about a year ago and it keeps washing away. far less water use and our dryer time has been cut in half.

What a great machine,it cleans so quietly you'd never know it was on.I think the best thing was when they delivered my washer the guys told me they pick up returns for other top makers and told me they have yet picked up an LG thats a relly good indicator how good they are

This unit cleans better than any machine have owned. The spin cycle takes almost all the moisture so that the dryer takes less time. The unit is extremely quiet.

Bought this washer in March and it is one of the best products I have made in the last couple of years. The sanitize option leaves my gym clothes smelling fresh and not having to worry about putting fabric softener in is always a plus. Would highly recommend the optional pedestals to bring them up higher.

I like the features this unit has. I also installed the pedestals. Really nice. I leveled them first, was not easy and after bolting down the washer and dryer to them nothing was even close.
I like how quite both of the units are running. Also the washer takes great effort to balance the load for the spin cycle. Really impressive.
It's a washer and it cleans the cloths, what more can I ask.

Best machine I ever owned

My clothes are softer, cleaner and with no static cling. They come out fresh smelling and feel great when worn. With bad allergies the Allergen Steam cycle works wonderfully. Don't know why I waited so long to get one.
