Great Features

I have always maintained I would never purchase anything but a gas stove. But after using a portable induction cooktop I I really liked induction cooking. I have been using my induction range for over a year now and truly love it. The range of temperature control and the preheat features are amazing. One thing I didn't expect was how well the oven retains heat and doesn't heat up my kitchen. I have NO reservations about highly recommending this appliance. You'll love it.

Best range I ever owned!

I am so glad I chose this range, the induction is so responsive it is wonderful to cook on after having other smooth top electric ranges. It really is next best thing to a gas range as far as control of heat. It looks like a high end range has that new contemporary look I wanted. The controls are easy to see and use. The oven is great, everything seems to bake just fine, my only con is the light is not sufficient, it's location in the back is the issue I think. The cooktop looks good but does require more effort keeping it smear free even when using the proper cooktop cleaner. The solid black glass shows everything but its more important to me that it cooks so good. Yes I would tell anyone that this induction is worth the extra money, I cook everyday, so it is being tested out in the 3 months I've owned it. , I am so surprised how good it cooks. Love It!

Fantastic appliance

I purchased my first induction range, the wave touch, several years ago and had to leave it when I sold my home. The first thing I did when moving to my new home was to purchase a new induction range, this time the I-Q Touch. It is just as great as my first one altho I did like the ease of the wave touch over the I-Q. But everything about the Electrolux Induction is exactly as advertised. It is fast, clean, energy efficient and easy to clean spills and/or splatters. And not only is it all of these things, it is beautifully designed and adds a touch of elegance to my kitchen. I absolutely love it and am extremely happy with it.

Fantastic Quality

Everything we have cooked on this stove/oven has come out perfect, the quality of the stove is great and it really boils water in just seconds. It also looks great in our kitchen and the price for the quality is good.

Leap in technology

I bought this wanting to improve our hectic lifestyle. It has been amazing to be able to cook faster simply because you are not waiting for the stove top to gradually rise to temperature. Extremely efficient. The convection oven is equally impressive in preparing meals with less time. Glad we made the leap!

This stove is a BEAST!

A stove's job is to heat; how much and how quickly is up to you because this stove can deliver whatever you want as quickly as you want. And that's the cooktop; the true convection oven is a dream, cooking quickly and accurately.

Love cooking again.

We bought this Electrolux induction stove a few months ago. It is such a pleasure to use. The stove settings are so responsive that I can cook something more quickly than with a regular electric cookbook - no waiting for the elements to heat up or cool down. I put away my electric water kettle. It is faster making my morning tea on the stove using the power boost feature available on all the burners. We did purchase a set of 'induction ready' cookware as most of our pots were not suitable but some are fine. I am very glad my cast iron enameled Dutch oven works great. The small radiant heat warming zone on the top is neat. I use it to keep gravies and sauces warm on this fifth burner. The oven has a variety of racks. The one with the glide feature was very nice to have when checking on our Thanksgiving turkey. I have baked cookies as well. No problems. The warming drawer in the bottom was just right for keeping the pie warm while we ate. I really am excited about this purchase.

I have been cooking for 68 years and never new how great it could be. Fastest heating ever experienced. Low temp control is exceptional. Off is off. Easiest to clean, saves hours every week over old gas grates. Kitchen stays cleaner. Vegetables cook so quickly they stay as green as if blanched. Non-magnetic cookware can work very well on "Hobs". Roll-out oven rack is a Godsend in combination with the excellent convection oven. Happy my husband talked me into trying induction.
