Outstanding stove

I've had the range for a few months now and it's amazing. Baking or cooking, this is a top of the line appliance. Couldn't be more happy!

Love induction efficiency

Good looking range, I have been using for a 2months.
Fast oven preheat is working great.
Convection bake mode makes a loud fan noise. The feel of the button of the IQ Touch control buttons isn't great and feels lower end.

Khimo, thank you for taking the time to share your range experience with us. I also think the fast preheat is an amazing asset with our busy lives. I am sorry that the fan in your oven seems loud. Convection bake uses a fan to circulate the oven heat evenly and continuously (Figure 42, page 25 in your Owner’s Manual). The improved heat distribution allows for even cooking with excellent results. Multiple rack cooking may slightly increase cook times for some food types, but the overall result will be time saved. The fan will also come on when programmed for fast preheat, and then turn off when the set temperature has been reached. Excellent Control of cooking

I can do so much more. I can melt butter without burning. I can steam vegetables much faster. Cooking is much more even.

Love Induction Cooking

This is our second induction free standing range. Many changes have been made to the Electrolux induction range. Our previous model had double ovens and features like bread proofing. The new burner controls work better than the wave touch but lack the high end look, Silk Screen printing, that identifies the burner areas on the glass top are more difficult to see versus the previous model. We like the bridge feature that allows you to use a large pan or grill pan. Cooking with induction remains our favorite cooking method. better control over gas and easier clean up over a traditional electric smooth top range.

Good times cooking!

Got this unit before Christmas and have been having fun ever since. Self proclaimed pasta junkie, waiting for water to boil, slow on the Old electric, even with big burner. Had 5qts of water in 10 qt pot; water boiling in 12 minutes. Awesome! 22 pound turkey for Christmas. Done on time and juicy. Happy as can be about my purchase.

Great range!

We bought this a couple of months ago. I really like it. I like how fast it heats up. I also like how when you turn it off, the cooktop doesn't stay hot. The bridge feature for a griddle is nice. The oven heats up faster than our old oven. The warming drawer is a nice thing to have.

Electrolux IQ-Touch

I bought this range back in December and it was a great decision. It works just like a gas stove --turn it off or down and you can see the results right away. it's a lot easier to control your heat while cooking and the stove top is easy to clean. Kudos on the oven too, works great and I love the sliding rack
