Best appliance I own

This is the nicest appliance in our kitchen and everything is brand new. The induction stove top works with our castiron pots and pans. We thought we might break the glass at first but with every day cooking we haven't chipped or scratched it. The oven works great with all its different setting. The convection function definitely adds to the performance of this fine piece of equipment. I hope it continues to serve us well long into the future.

Famtastic Range

We purchased a travel size induction cook top to use while RV'g and found that we started using it in our home because of the speed and ease of cooking on it. as we were so frustrated with our smooth top range taking so long to heat up and how long it took to cool down for cleaning. After doing a fair amount of research and speaking to a very knowledgeable dealer, we decided to purchase this range. Cooking and baking in it is a DREAM COME TRUE! Although the oven is convection, there really isn't any difficultly converting recipes as you basically just adjust the temperature down by 25% and bake the same amount of time. Being able to clean the stove top within a few minutes after cooking is absolutely the best!

Best stove ever

I bought this about 2 months ago when my gas stove oven section died. I had been using a table top induction cooktop and really liked it. I decided to replace my broken stove with an induction stove. I liked the features that this stove had. It is the best stove I have ever used and I use to be an assistant chef. I always thought gas was best until I tried induction cooking. The one feature that I really like is the oven rack that is on sliders. It is great. I haven't found anything negative about this unit. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Have just had a few weeks and already love it. The cook top is fast like gas but more responsive and controllable.
One tip. Run a 2 hour quick clean cycle before baking. Yeah, it has 3 time settings on the oven cleaning cycle!

I purchased the Electrolux Induction cooktop range a month ago and have been astounded by the reduction in the amount of time I spend preparing meals. If you value your time and enjoy the food you prepare this is the cooking method you should use. Not only do you reduce the time you spend cooking, you minimize the heat in the kitchen and reduce your energy costs.

Electrolux Induction range

I bought this a couple months ago and have been very happy with it. I just used it to self clean and it did a great job. I bought this because I can't have a gas range and it really seems to replicate "cooking with gas"/

Cooking with this Range is amazing and maintaining a clean stove top is a joy. Quick to boil and adjust to simmer is a snap. Beautiful Range that will look new for years to come. Couldn't be Happier!
