Love the induction

I have always had gas in the past but it wasn't in this home. I thought about having propane brought in but then I heard about induction. I did a lot of research and am thrilled that I did! The inductions is amazing! It does make noise sometimes when I have multiple burners on but I don't mind it. It works great! I am still trying to figure out the oven though. It seems to do better on the convection convert mode than just the oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best Range Ever

We purchased our induction range about a month ago. My spouse was upset as she was very attached to her gas range and was convinced the induction range was just another electric range.
There is happiness at home! She not only loves her new Electrolux induction range, she would now never want a conventional gas or electric range again.

Love this Stove

We love the induction with the quick boil.....keep in mind if you are using ice cold water and a larger pot it will take longer to boil than 90 seconds....but it is still a lot faster than our previous stove. We love the convection bake.. There is a learning curve on how to use this as it isn't the same as a standard oven but once you learn it is great! I have found the Fast Pre-heat doesn't seem to speed up the preheat process though....nothing major there.
One little thing is I wish I could program the stove when to turn on. You can program it for a timed bake and a time you want to have the meal completed...so there is math involved and a lot of buttons if you want a meal to start cooking when you are away.....overall though am very happy with this stove.

I've fallen in love...

Easy to clean. The oven heats up quickly and cooks evenly. Pots and pans heat up quickly as well, and even better, water boils in no time. I love the bridge for the free griddle I received with the range about a month after purchase. This is the best range I have ever owned and if we leave this house, I will be taking it with me to the next one.

No messy top like radiant cooktops, very fast heat

We were contemplating induction or gas. We chose induction and couldn't be happier. The heat is very controllable and is extremely fast at heating up. The cooktop is a breeze to keep clean. Much different than the radiant cooktop we had previously. It takes a little time to get used to but once you have you'll be more than glad that you chose an induction stove. The convection oven works well and you have more than enough racks to use. To date, we are very impressed with this appliance and our purchase.

Electrolux Range

I bought this in late December and so far, I love it; especially the induction burners. I have not used to oven, other than to reheat things, so I can't comment on it yet. The only issue I have had so far is a chip on the oven door handle. When the installer started to remove the protective covering, a piece of the paint chipped of (it stuck to the plastic protective covering). I was a little surprised to see that this piece is made of plastic considering the cost of this range; however, the company is going to send and install a new handle. I'll follow up with them in the next week or two to see how much longer it will take to have it repaired. It is just cosmetic and does not the range at all.
