Less than 36 hours and It had to be replaced

I was on the phone with customer care for a total of 25 min. and the phone became so hot I had to shut it off! I was not using any features other than making a phone call. I went into the local store for help (all the reps were wonderful) and spent another hour replacing the phone... It's difficult to use, time consuming to set up, and frustrating me to the point of realizing I should have purchased either an Android or an iphone. The apps cost more money than the phone combined and they don't operate properly. My test message contain "media content" that never loads properly to view or listen to! My NEW replacement phone won't even ring even on the highest volume setting with any of the ring tones. Back to the store, AGAIN, to waste another hour of my life. I don't have time for this.

Wanted support Windows 10 .
Lumia others phone support Windows 10 and my phone doesn't support Windows 10. So realize windows 10 Lumia 520 soon.

This is possibly the biggest mistake I ever made. Absolutely USELESS phone. Super Slow. Apps barely accessible. Snapchat not allowed. Whatsapp barely works. Poor batter life. The list goes on... I would prefer to still be using my sad old BlackBerry, that thing managed to keep me smiling, whilst this has only resulted in frustration and disappointment. REALLY UNHAPPY WITH THE BUY!

Problem with factory data reset

i used this phone for about a year but after i decided to factory data reset it i done a soft reset and when the reset is going to over their is sad smile i cant use the phone i love windows phone but not this one i bought a lumia 535 after this incident

This Product is Poorly Engineeed

This phone is probably one of the worst constructed phone. It works fine for the first week and feel really nice, but then stops working properly. The buttons are poorly designed. I have had two of these phones (I had to replace the first one under warranty) and each had button issues. The volume button falls into the phone itself if used too many times. I would recommend not listening to music on this phone for that reason. The software on the phone would not allow me to change the volume so I had to download a volume app to compensate for this problem.
On both phones I have had problems with turning on the phone. The power button cannot be repeatedly pressed or else it will not function properly. I had to flick the button instead of pressing it. That stopped working so I had to open the case and manually press the button to turn it on and off. My friends and I also have problems with the phone freezing while being used.
The only good thing about this phone is that battery life is pretty good. However, the problems with greatly outweighed its benefits.

Can't download voice recorder

One feature I expect in a smart phone is for it to have a voice recorder. This one not only doesn't have one, it won't support downloading one. For that reason, never mind how great the other features are, I'm a dissatisfied customer.

my phone reset itself,like I thought it died but when I charged it, I instantly found out it had reset itself, I wouldn't recommend buying this product,
