A great device. Perfect size as a smart phone, good display quality, touch and every thing. Only bad thing is, no front camera. I hope Microsoft will add at least IPS LCD display to it's upcoming Lumia 550

Windows 520 worse phone ever I should have just thrown my money in the trash. You can't even set more than one reminder for appointments, and there are limited options for when it will remind you. Also can't go back after phone call ends to check call duration.
I tried to send feedback a it says I sent feedback in the last seven days its been at least several months since I sent feedback.
I had a very inexpensive phone that had more a better features I wish I realized these issues sooner I would have returned phone. I will never buy another Windows phone. Can't wait to replace this one. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone its trash worthy only.

Has nice features but I do not understand why companies think that "No Contract Phones" do not need a front camera as well as a back camera with flash. I guess we never take selfies. And why is it when you use the map feature to get driving directions it always insists on using toll roads. And yes, I have told the phone not to do that.

I have had all OS from Android, IOS, Windows but the Nokia Lumia 520 was my frist Windows phone and honestly i love my Windows phone and the Kids corner AKA Cloud 9 on my phone because i don't have kids its for women who try to get in my phone so i always tell them to go to cloud 9 lol i love that!!! The only thing i have a problem with is the app markert like on IOS or Android i can download instagram but on my windows its instagram BETA! other then that its a great all my friends look at me funny because i have a windows phone but its all good

Hang while using maps, no front camera so no selfies, Can not open media content in messages!

I always had Nokia, it was perfect before androids and I-phone came to market, but now!
It always hangs while trying to update traffic on navigation and leave you alone in a place you don't know while driving!
Thanks to upgrade to Windows 8.1 it has more amazing softwares now but still I don't like it. By the way it cannot open media content in text message from Iphone! really?!

it recognizes only my touch includes search suggestions on Cortana, but it could do better with the apps including Netflix and the watchability
