First problem is transfer of phone contact to Sim, especially when mobile phone is used for mobile money transfer (Kenya) to avoid mistakes. It lacks export function.
Pros: Personal, mobile banking

I've had this phone for a little over a year and it has started giving me technical problems such as low storage space, won't upload pictures, etc. Very frustrating!

Worst phone I've ever owned

I switched to the Nokia Lumia 520 from an Iphone. Worst thing I could've ever done. The Lumia 520 lags, freezes, shuts down, and does everything you DONT want it to do. I honestly would rather have a 1st generation Iphone than this piece of garbage.
Pros: Personal
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this phone a years ago the days after it comes out. At first, i though it is a great cell phone, but with in a year, the physical button start to have issue. And also with the upgrade of Microsoft Windows phone system, the cell phone becomes more and more tough to use and the functions are really limited. It doesn't even have a front camera, and also the battery life become so short. On the good side, have to say it is tough and hard, also, the limit on the software makes it good for kids that they cannot do crazy things with it. and it is pretty much anti throw
Pros: Personal
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor user experience, unresponsive touch

Been using the 520 for a year now and as far as the physical design is concerned the 4 corners of the handset are angular so it is very uncomfortable to handle. The removable back cover keeps making noise when pressed. Unresponsive touch every now and then. Windows 8.1 is a big progress over 8, but still is primitive . You have your apps on sd card , and those apps are not accepted after that same phone was factory reset and used with the same ms account. Quite illogical . Poor programming.
