Had a hard time filling out this form seems that the web browser needs updating runs slow and crashes often but other than that great phone

I love my Lumia. The apps need time to catch up and I don't like bing, but Windows 8.1 is really easy to navigate. My touch screen works with gloves on. I like having all my email accounts on one device at the tip of my finger. Not as dinky as an iPhone, have dropped my phone from some dramatic heights. Not buggy like Androids tend to be.

If ever you are looking for a cheap phone, Lumia 520 will qualify as one. However (caveat emptor) you will get what you pay for, that is, it's the cheapest phone in every sense of the word. May be the only saving factor for it is it has Win 8.1. Aside from that, there is nothing more to look forward to. Once upon a time Nokia was very good at making phones, think of the Finnish-made phones. Nowadays, its just plain, cheap phones not comparable to Apple's or Samsung's. I got mine last year and I'm already thinking of dumping it for more quality and user-friendly smart phone. So be smart, do not buy this phone. It is just a waste of money.

Easy to use

Great little phone, has service where a lot of phones don't. Inexpensive with great features. My only complaint is that it is very fragile. I am currently on my third phone. First one replaced under warranty. Second one I dropped and had to replace. The fall was not very far but the glass shattered.
