I can't say enough good things about this phone. The battery drains quickly, yes, but it also charges quicker. There is nothing to complain about and everything to compliment. This is my first smartphone and I will stay with Windows phones forever now. It syncs with my WIndows 8 computer perfectly. Get a SD card though to have more memory and more fun things to play with!

I hate this phone. It freezes all the time. Wi-Fi lags alot. Would never get this phone again even if it was free.

I began my acquaintance with cell phones with a Uniden bag phone in 1987, followed by a relationship with a Motorola bag phone, progressing to an Audiovox and then Nokia candy-bar phones to Mororola, and LG flip phones, with a 3 year marriage to a Blackberry Curve, which Igrew to really like. When I decided to change carriers, I decided to upgrade to a Nokia Lumia 520 and bought one outright. after a short learning curve and figuring out how to set sensitivity of the screen, adding a memory card, and downloading updates, I began to enjoy the attributes of this super little phone. Though not the most expensive piece of equipment, it fulfills most of my business and personal needs. I use my phone primarily to talk and communicate, and though I have large hands and big fingers, I am able to utilize the screen-keyboard without a great deal of trouble. I still prefer the actual keys of the Blackberry but with the speed of operation, the variety of available apps, the long battery life, the compact size and sturdiness of the case, this is a great phone for the money. My only complaint is the duplication of having to open Nokia as well as MSFT e-mail accounts in order to acess updates.

Incredible bang for my bucks

It's a great phone, OS seems slow but not real bad, wish it had a forward facing camera, and led. Cortana is a hoot!! Battery dies easily in a work shift.
