This phone is wack I regret getting this phone waste of money I should have got a Samsung or Android. Lame phone if your thinking about getting this phone don't.

This is not a good smartphone. It lags, has terrible app choices (well, Windows is terrible), maps are never updated (useless) and is just pretty bad in general. Save a bit more of your money and actually get something worth it.

Don't buy an international version of this phone

I received this phone as a gift, so I'm ok with the fact that it's from another country and cannot connect to 3G or 4G network due to the lack of the proper band-with, only the snail-paced Edge, which makes the internet almost useless unless your near a Wi-Fi spot or you just want to check your e-mail. I know a few things about smart phones and even windows phones, so if you buy one of these made for the U.S., then you really can't find a better phone for the price. I love everything about it. I noticed that most of the complaints about this phone i.e.: "screen too sensitive", "can't properly use music", etc..., are user problems. Yes, they are problems, but all that you have to do is call tech. support if you can't figure out how to adjust a simple setting such as the setting that decreases the sensitivity of your screen. Enough said.

Very delicate

i am using nokia smart phone for the first time and it is very delicate. it fell down on the floor once and screen got broken, and volume control(increase) know is broken from inside. so my mobile will always be in silent mode. i am unable to make it ring through the screen.

I do not have access to my files. All apps like tube pro or file downloader store dowmloaded files in their hidden stores. I cannot copy and access these files. If I remove an app, it delete all downloaded files. All these apps have separate players...
There are a lot of problems with Mikrosoft account. Every month I must restore phone to factory settings because of problems with microsoft account due to I hate windows.
The right button for bing is not neccessary and have many accidental launches. I see a movie and suddenly appears bing search. For this reason I use google only and I hate bing.

Worst phone I've ever had Cortana I the only good thing about this phone there app store is horrible it loves to do its own thing all the time. I hate this phone and will never use a windows phone again or buy one
