Does a great job for what I need!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I do mostly promotional work for events at the active senior living community where I live. Copies are made from the originals I prepare, so the work I do must be exemplary - and it is. This printer isn't the newest model, but it does a great job!

The most reliable printer I have ever owned. Mostly for occasional household use but some periods of heavy use with no issues, and with ink cartridges that can be refilled endlessly.

recent scanning issues

Recently I have had a few issues with scanning documents and the connection to my PC. Previously it was never a problem, and now whenever I have to scan, I am prompted to choose Owner-HP or USB every time, which is annoying. Other than that, this printer is excellent, although I have nevr used the fax function.
