From the moment I walked into the store to deal with the appliance sales person in the Lapeer location, all the way to delivery several days later. It was quick and easy and I am so happy with the stove

Nice stove but could be better

I like the stove and the spacious oven. I do wish it had a clock and time. I feel, at this, point a click and timer feature should be automatic, so I didn't notice there was no clock when I selected it. I also don't like the fact that the entire stove is hot to the touch, whenever the oven is on. I never had this issue with any other stove

As for the range becoming hot when the oven is on, please be sure there isn’t anything blocking the vents from the oven. If cookware or other items are blocking the vents, this may cause the range to become excessively hot.

Defective new oven

Have not been Abel to use stove since new. Repairs have been unsuccessful to the oven. The oven control was bad and the replacement part was also defective.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
