Horrifically bad cooktop and oven!

Oven does not bake a thing evenly. When you put the broiler on, the top element doesn't even glow red. When you want to bake, the oven uses both elements to heat the oven to temperature. However, that leads to anything you're attempting to bake getting burnt on the top and not cooked in the middle. If you want to boil water for anything, you better have a LOT of time on your hands. Even a covered pot takes forever! This is the WORST range and stove I have ever used. I have very little choice since I rent, but I would rather cook everything in my toaster oven. DO NOT BUY!

burners are right sized too heat up the pans, oven temp seems accurate and it dosent heat the kitchen up

Got all the features I was looking for: black finish, dial knobs, oven light, bottom drawer for storage, glass window to watch what's in the oven, easy to clean, and this was my very first oven I bought! Love it!

Great Basic Stove

We replace our 1975 GE stove with this GE product. We loved our old basic stove for 40 years with only a couple of repairs over that time. We have noticed that the new stove heats faster than the old one and has a lift top that the old one didn't have. We didn't want a stove with a gazillion features that we wouldn't use.
