This appliance came with my apartment. It performs the task, which makes me question the need for bells and whistles on other machines. I am not a gourmet chef but I do prepare daily meals for a family of 5. No complaints and good value

Basic - less features to break down, less need for a repair man & less costs for repairs.
Had it delivered. I installed the security/no tip-over anchor, & plugged it in.

I bought this range in December. It works fine. It's the oven light that bothers me. The stove is off but during the night the oven light pops on. It has gotten to be aggravating. Always read & adhere to the reviews. I read but forgot someone had mentioned about the light.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
